My Birthday Girl



Zoals ik elk jaar zeg, dit is mijn lievelingsdag van het jaar, want onze dochter is jarig en we zijn twee super gelukkige ouders. Dit kaartje heb ik voor Stefanie gemaakt, met een afbeelding van Saturated Canary. Die krulletjes heeft Stefanie ook, en enkele dagen geleden zei ze dat ze een hele grote tas wil hebben en ze heeft me er eentje laten zien; toen wist ik dat ik deze digi op haar kaartje zal gebruiken.
Bedankt weer voor het bezoek en de leuke reacties.

For my daughter, whose birthday is today. I just love this day, because I can wake her up in the morning with the words ''Happy Birthday, princess!!!" And then that beautiful smiling face when she gets her present; I really enjoy every single second of this day!

La-La Land Crafts - Inspiration Friday



Het thema van deze week op het La-La Land Crafts Blog is 

Oodles of Doodles

Ik heb de nieuwe Christmas Bell Marci (with sentiments) gebruikt en weer een Free Standing Pop-Up Card gemaakt.
Mijn ''doodles'' zijn een beetje mislukt, ik wilde het belletje een beetje versieren, maar mijn gelpen deed het niet :( . Volgende keer beter.

Well, I'm sure you will need a magnifying glass to find my doodles, but my gel pen has let me down, simply refused to work properly. I tried to decorate the bell, but the result isn't a good one :( . Next time better!

La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Friday



Deze week een leuke thema op het La-La Land Crafts Challenge and Inspiration Blog:

Show Your Style

Heel erg graag, want het liefst maak ik kaarten in mijn eigen stijl: veel papiertjes, een leuke afbeelding, nooit dezelfde embellishments links en rechts op de kaart, want ik hou niet van symmetrie. En het liefst maak ik zelf alle embellishments. Ik hou niet van lint en al een tijdje vind ik knoopjes niet zo leuk meer op een kaart. Wel chipboard knoopjes. 

Vandaag een kaartje dus in mijn eigen stijl, met de leuke Zombie Marci (with sentiments). Ik ben zo verliefd op dit stempeltje!!!!!!!

What shall I tell you about my style? Lots of papers, a lovely image, handmade embellishments. I don't use the same die-cuts or other embellishments left and right on my card, because I don't like symmetry. 

That being said, my card features the sweet Zombie Marci (with sentiments), which is my favourite Halloween stamp from the new release. 
These are the colour pencils I used:

Skin: Prisma Premier PC939, Derwent Coloursoft C130;
Hair: Prisma Premier PC935;
Dress: Prisma Premier PC1078, PC1005, PC912;
Tights and shoes: Prisma Premier PC935, PC1034.

For a friend






Vandaag is een vriendin jarig en voor haar heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt, met nieuwe snijmallen van 4enScrap (goede service weer: woensdag besteld, 1,70EUR vzk en zaterdag binnen!, echt geweldig, geen minimum bestelbedrag en geen vast bedrag als vzk) maar ook Die-namics en paper pads van Boekenvoordeel.

La-La Land Crafts - Inspiration Friday



Het thema voor deze week op het La-La Land Crafts Blog is 

Washi Tape

Niet mijn ''cup of tea'', want ik gebruik zoiets niet. Maar ok, ik heb natuurlijk een kaartje gemaakt met de schattige Paper Doll Marci - Winter (with sentiments) en twee strookjes design papier gebruikt als washi tape. Opgelost! Het papier is van Eline Pellinkhof, prachtige kleuren en zo leuk voor paperpiecing en dat heb ik dus gedaan.

Well, I must admit, not my ''cup of tea'', because I don't use that kind of tape on my projects, but I had to find something instead, so I chose to stamp the text on a paper strip, which looks like a piece of washi tape (pleeeeeeeease, see it like that! :) thank you!)

I paper piced the lovely Paper Doll Marci - Winter (with sentiments), one of the new La-La Land Crafts stamps, which was my favourite.

Dit kaartje heb ik op bestelling gemaakt, met papier van Doodlebug Design en veel Die-namics. Ik heb de kleinste snijmallen uit heel veel setjes gebruikt.
